We know that girls & guys learn in a completely different way, but the Academy takes the idea of female instruction
a step further… we offer courses for women taught by women! Same standard of learning,
same qualification only
no intimidation from the guys.
We do our upmost to create a learning environment in which you girls are completely comfortable,
with a few giggles along the way. |

Not yet available anywhere else in the country, the PBA offers specialist tuition and practice sessions
on how to lay a sailing course correctly.
Our Principle Instructor has many years experience in this area and is able to teach students this
unique
skill to an international standard. |

What is included? |

Waterproof clothing is available on advanced request when booking.
Lunch is not included in the course price, however we do stop for a break!
Generally we would either use the village pub for lunch if working in the classroom or launching from
Pentewan Beach and any of the local
establishments over at Fowey if launching from there,
however you are more than welcome to bring along your own packed lunch.
NO DRINKING over lunch… It’s the rules! |
